What payment methods do you accept?

How do I know if my payment was successful?

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Yözh delivers to most countries across the globe. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will see the exact shipping cost during the final checkout, once you have provided your shipping address.

This ensures transparency and allows you to review all charges before completing your purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free delivery when you purchase 2 or more sweaters. It’s a great way to save while upgrading your wardrobe!

How to use a promo code?

To use a promo code for a discount enter it into the specified field when placing your order.

Return and exchange policy

At Yözh, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Return Policy

You can return any Yözh product within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be included.

2. Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange your Yözh item for a different size or color, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.

Reporting a Problem: Contact our customer service at info@yozh.com.ua within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items or heavily discounted products

 

Return and exchange procedure

1. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@yozh.com.ua with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  3. After we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

2. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service at info@yozh.com.ua with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to exchange (size, color).
  2. Once your exchange is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the original item.
  3. As soon as we receive the original item, we will ship your exchange request.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email to inform you that we have received your returned item. You can expect your refund to be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

What size will fit me?

We recommend choosing a sweater according to the size charts below and so that it fits like on our models in the photos. If you like oversize, choose one size larger, and if you want a slim fit, order a sweater one size smaller. Please refer to the tables below for a right size selection.

Pay attention!
*Admissible error in the parameters due to knitwear’s natural tendency to stretch is up to 1 cm.
**The tables show the parameters of the NEW collection! That is products made after 2020. The parameters of the sweaters made before can differ even more. So, in case of any doubts, don’t hesitate to contact us, or leave a request, we will call you and help make the right choice. And even if no available product happens to suit, we can always make a sweater to your individual parameters.

What if the size does turn out to be wrong?

If you order a sweater and realize that the size is wrong, we will readily make an exchange. Please, familiarize yourself with the rules in the section "Return and exchange". Or you can also order another model.
