How to pay your order if you live in Ukraine
If you live in Ukraine, you can pay via Liqpay secure payment system, bank transfer (to our Privatbank account) or "cash on delivery".
Delivery within Ukraine
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta within 1-2 working days after placement and payment of the order.
Payment from abroad
If you are ordering from abroad, we accept payments via Liqpay secure worldwide payment system (Visa or Mastercard).
Worldwide delivery
Delivery to other countries is carried out via the national postal service.
How to use a promo code?
To use a promo code for a discount enter it into the specified field when placing your order.
Return and exchange policy
According to the legislation of Ukraine, you have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days after shipment on condition that the item retains its marketable condition, that is ALL the tags and labels are preserved, the item is clean, has no deformation, foreign smells, such as, for example, scent of your perfume or any other signs of use and is returned in the original packaging (if it was originally packed in our shopper - the shopper is to be sent back as well). Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return.
Return and exchange procedure
If you wish to return the item, leave a request on the website (the possibility will be available within 14 days after placing the order). Then send the product back. We check it for compliance with the aforementioned conditions and, in case of a positive decision, we make a full refund. If we have to refuse the return, we will send the order back to you.
Please, take into account that all possible shipment costs are entirely on the client. Yözh DOES NOT cover any shipment costs.
What size will fit me?
We recommend choosing a sweater according to the size charts below and so that it fits like on our models in the photos. If you like oversize, choose one size larger, and if you want a slim fit, order a sweater one size smaller. Please refer to the tables below for a right size selection.

*Admissible error in the parameters due to knitwear’s natural tendency to stretch is up to 1 cm.
**The tables show the parameters of the NEW collection! That is products made after 2020. The parameters of the sweaters made before can differ even more. So, in case of any doubts, don’t hesitate to contact us, or leave a request, we will call you and help make the right choice. And even if no available product happens to suit, we can always make a sweater to your individual parameters.
What if the size does turn out to be wrong?
If you order a sweater and realize that the size is wrong, we will readily make an exchange. Please, familiarize yourself with the rules in the section "Return and exchange". Or you can also order another model.
